Day 01: Arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport - Habarana

Arrive and meet your chauffeur-guide for a transfer to Habarana in Sri Lanka’s Cultural Triangle. Check in to a rustic, eco-conscious retreat designed for immersion in nature. Spend the afternoon unwinding, enjoying the peaceful surroundings  or settling into the retreat atmosphere.

Day 02: Habarana - Yoga & Cultural Exploration

Start the day with morning yoga and meditation. Cycle or walk through the ancient ruins of Anuradhapura, visiting Mihintale, the birthplace of Buddhism  and trek the legendary Ritigala monastery. In the evening, enjoy an Ayurvedic massage or spa treatment to ease travel fatigue.

Day 03: Habarana - Mindful Experiences

Morning yoga and mindful breathing exercises set the tone for the day. Explore additional Cultural Triangle sites and visit local villages to experience traditional lifestyles. Day 04: Habarana - Kandy

Transfer to Kandy and check in at Samadhi Center, a retreat specializing in immersive wellness experiences. Attend an introductory yoga session in the afternoon. Evening free for quiet reflection or enjoying the serene retreat environment.

Day 05: Kandy - Yoga & Ayurveda

Full morning yoga and meditation session. Explore Kandy’s surroundings with mindful nature walks and river bathing. Afternoon Ayurvedic or Reiki treatment. Evening at leisure, with options for birdwatching or journaling around the retreat.

Day 06: Kandy - Knuckles Hike & Wellness

Early morning hike to the Knuckles Summit, passing tea fields, villages  and scenic viewpoints. Midday guided relaxation and meditation. Evening wellness activities include spa treatments, reflective journaling  or quiet contemplation.

Day 07: Kandy - Koggala

Day 09: Koggala - Culinary & Nature

Day 12: Talalla - Full Wellness Day

Day 13: Talalla - Colombo / Departure

Depending on your flight schedule, transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport. Reflect on a restorative journey blending wellness, culture  and nature.
